Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Any appointment cancelled after the 24 hour time frame could result in being charged up to 100% of the total service cost. This also includes no call no show appointments and those can result in not being able to book with the stylists again. If cancelling also becomes a reoccurring offense the stylist can also take up to 100% of the total service cost.
